Owner Builder (137b) Report
DID YOU KNOW?
According to the Building Act, it is an offence for an Owner Builder to sell a building within 6.5 years without a Owner Builder 137b Report.
This includes properties with a building permit issued to owner builders for new homes, renovations, alterations and additions.
Bullas Building Consultants can conduct an Owner Builder/137b Report, which are required to comply with the Building Act and placed in your Section 32 and Warranty Insurance providers requirements.
We are not only approved by the Department of Fair Trades and Government Gazette to carry out Owner Builder Inspections for these departments, but also for major lending institutions. Most of which require this report before loans can be approved.
Bullas Building Consultants can arrange Owner Builder Insurance 137b Reports usually within 24 hours, so both Section 32 and Insurance are in place as quickly as possible.
